I discovered that the unrented office suites directly next door are a time capsule of the 70s, 80s, and 90s, and we got permission from the building owners
to put on an exhibition of vintage computers and telephones in the offices.
The exhibit will include a number working computers and hardware that approximately match the look of the offices.
The computers will be sourced from my own collection and local collectors
Van Burnham,
Josh Randall, and Brendan Coates. It will include a total over over 40 systems,
18 of which are running and interactive, including
the Radio Shack TRS-80 Model III,
Atari 1040STE, Commodore PET, Apple IIc, and many more.
The show will open Saturday, October 7th from noon to 6pm, and it will reopen Thursday, Friday, and Saturday the following two weeks until October 21st.
We will have a musical performance featuring Ellen Phan and Andrew Fenlon the evening of the 21st at 6pm, organized by
